Test Fields

The NES® teacher certification tests cover content and pedagogy areas including essential academic skills, professional knowledge, and commonly taught elementary, middle, and secondary grade-level subjects. Twenty-first century needs—such as elementary reading instruction, technology literacy, and teaching English to speakers of other languages—are also addressed.
